Value Management (VM)

Objective

  • To  propagate  the knowledge of  value management and value engineering   in Malaysia and Asia
  • To establish and promote the concept of cost saving to construction industry without scarifying the function, quality and aesthetic value.
  • To develop research activities in Value Management, Value Engineering, Value Analysis and Life cycle costing
