Application Procedure

Applicants are required to submit:

1. Two (2) sets of completed application forms

2. Two (2) (for Malaysian Applicants) or four (4) (for International Applicants) recent passport-sized photographs

3. Two (2) copies of identity card (for Malaysian Applicants) or three (3) certified copies of passport (for International  Applicants)

4. Two (2) certified copies of degree and professional qualifications

5. Two (2) certified copies of academic transcripts

6. A processing fee of RM30 (for local applicants) or USD50 (for international applicants) through bank transfer to the following account. CASH IS NOT ACCEPTED.

7. A self-addressed reply card.

8. A letter of guarantee from your sponsor (for those holding scholarships/sponsorships)

9. Two (2) copies of Research Proposals for Doctor of Philosophy applicants.

10. Two (2) Referee Reports for Doctor of Philosophy applicants.
