13 students from the Faculty of Engineering will be doing their industrial training overseas: 7 at APS Rome in Italy and 6 at ITRI-EEL in Taiwan.

Important information

Students are reminded to do the following:

• Apply early for your industrial training positions to ensure that you get your placements in time. 
• Attend the corporate seminars and at least two workshops organised by CITRA/Departments/Faculties
• REGISTER AT http://eindustrial.um.edu.my using your perdanamail account (For Semester 2 2008/9 the system will be activated from 1st December 2008).
• Enter your placement information (name of company etc.) and inform your coordinators once you have obtained placements
• Once you have keyed in your placement details, you can obtain your letters of confirmation and related documents from CITRA.
